On Sunday, August 24, 2003, the bi-annual PCC-fest took place again, organized by the Public Transport Museum. During this day, trips were made with triple-car set 1304+1165+2101 and single cars 1022 and 1210. On the museum grounds, a line-up was formed of all PCCs currently residing in The Hague; inside in the exhibition area, there was special attention to this popular tramtype.

Railgrinders H23 of The Hague and RET 2303 formerly of Rotterdam met at the museum.
